- Supernatural and haunting tales.
- Speculative and dystopian excursions.
- A soupçon, or more, of fantasy.
- And, as you might expect, tales of the unexpected (or, unexpected tales)... in any category.
In fact, a veritable smorgasbord of delightful mixed bites to feast on! The site is featuring prose content only at this time, but we intend to include poetry later.

What is a literary magazine?
Thanks for asking! Sometimes referred to as literary journals or little magazines to distinguish them from their larger, commercial cousins, literary magazines are periodicals devoted to literature in a broad sense, although many maintain a more specialist focus, as we do.
Literary magazines will typically publish short stories (including flash fiction), poetry, essays, literary criticism, book reviews, and interviews with authors and those in the publishing industry, etc. Unlike their printed counterparts, online literary magazines benefit from being able to embed podcast episodes, audio narration to accompany/enhance written stories, and other audio snippets–such as the organ music above. Online literary magazines are also able to embed videos.
